National Employment Services Association Scheme

The scheme was developed by the National Employment Services Association (NESA), under the auspices of the NESA Quality Special Interest Group, to provide organisations delivering employment and related services a quality-assured framework of excellence in organisational management and service delivery. The scheme is based on ESIS:2012, Employment Services Industry Standard.

Applicant CABs will need to comply with the National Employment Services Association (NESA) Scheme - Requirements for bodies certifying employment services.

As this is a product scheme, applicants also need to comply with ISO/IEC 17065:2012 – Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services.
