Disability Support Services in Queensland Scheme

 The Queensland Government implemented the Disability Support Services in Queensland Scheme to:
• Achieve a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the disability sector in Queensland.
• Establish a consistent level of quality across the disability sector.
• Ensure equity across government and non-government services.
• Ensure that the delivery of services is responsive to needs of people with a disability, their families and carers.
• Strengthen safeguards for people with a disability.

Services recurrently funded or supplied by Disability Services Queensland (DSQ) must participate in the system.

Accreditation Application Pack

The following provides links to the accreditation application pack documentation for conformity assessment bodies (CABs). All policies and procedures are un-controlled when printed. Please read all appropriate accreditation requirements and when ready provide a completed application (with signatures, appropriate application fee, and documentation set) for review.
