GLOBALG.A.P. Benchmarking

JAS-ANZ has GLOBALG.A.P. (formerly known as EurepGAP) approval for benchmarking programs against GLOBALG.A.P. protocols. Growers have three general ways for gaining GLOBALG.A.P. certification:

1. Apply directly to an accredited certification body.

2. Apply through a Produce Marketing Organisation (PMO).

3. Apply through membership of a GLOBALG.A.P. benchmarked national or regional scheme.

Option 3 requires the national or regional scheme to be benchmarked against the GLOBALG.A.P. protocols.

The benchmarking process requires the applicant standard owner to demonstrate how their standard will give equivalent outcomes to the GLOBALG.A.P. protocol, and also how the certification scheme provides a framework equivalent to that documented in the GLOBALG.A.P. regulations.

Application Pack

The following documentation is the application pack for GLOBALG.A.P. benchmarking. All documents are un-controlled when printed.  Please read all the appropriate documents and when ready provide the relevant completed contracts, benchmarking checklist, dependant on protocol against which your scheme is to be benchmarked and application fee.
